The consulting service focuses on the areas TMC instructs, where users recognize TMC as experts in the field. TMC offers consulting services in such areas as internal performance reviews, training program reviews, strategic planning, teambuilding, workplace conflict and training program development to name a few. Consultation generally consists of written and in-person interviews with applicable agency personnel, review of operations, records, policy and procedures, and applicable practices prior to authoring a written report, which contracting agency personnel receive. Often, agencies request TMC perform follow-up training for their personnel to improve in the areas TMC offers specialized training in.
When an agency requests specialized training, TMC will prepare and present a proposal after fact-finding conferences determine the needs of the agency. Before completion of any work, both parties sign a contract for services outlining the agreement between the parties.
